California Health Department AND State Law requires our clients to sign a release of liability form prior to getting a piercing and to provide VALID UP TO DATE identification for ANYONE getting a piercing. The Adult and Minor getting pierced must prove that relationship with these documents otherwise you CANT get pierced.
